| Our procedure is unique...One man/One engine |
Our build-up procedure is unique, requiring that one A&P authorized mechanic stay with your engines from the moment they’re removed until the day they’re reinstalled. Each aircraft turbine engine is assigned its own cart, all parts are inventoried and remain with the engine, and daily logs track progress and problems for up-to-the-minute reporting whenever you need it.
This “one man/one engine”procedure is finely tuned with over 30 years of development, and has produced thousands of smooth running turbine engines with significant advantages over the typical assembly line process. |
• Only certified and traceable parts from your engine go back into your engine. This ensures even wear and superior balancing of the finished engine.
• Each day you will receive a call to update you on the progress of your engine.
• Your dedicated mechanic gains specific knowledge about areas of concern that may be causing less than optimum operations, and can speak directly to you about those issues.
• You’ll make the decision to replace or exchange parts with either new or serviceable parts.
• Your dedicated mechanic comes to know your engines’ characteristics, giving him unique insights into their smooth operation.
